I love watching the Tyra Banks show. I feel like she is speaking directly to me when she has her daily topics of discussion. Every day at the same time I can flip on my www.expertsatellite.com satellite television and have Tyra give me some insightful wisdom. She always speaks about the issues that everyone wants to know about but no one feels like asking. Most of these issues are uncomfortable or something that doesn’t come up in normal conversations. She has a way of making something that’s usually a social taboo to be completely normal and acceptable. She has been on the air for some time now and she has helped to get me through high school and a whole slew of dramatic problems. She discusses anything from family problems to dating problems which is everything a teenage girl really needs. I feel more comfortable in my own skin because even though Tyra has been a super model and a TV show host it appears she knows what I’m going through. If Tyra has overcome the same things I’m going through right now and made it to where she is today I certainly have hope that I will also be successful and happy.

I don’t want it back! I truly enjoyed the cooler temps we have had this week! And here they are talking heatwave because we’ll be in the 90′s for 3-5 days straight. Let’s hope the humidity stays at a bearable level this time around because I honestly cannot function when it’s high. My low bp is not loving it!

Kind of ticked off with a friend. I am tired of my problems always being pushed on the back burner. Magically whenever something shitty happens in my life – something shittier happens in hers. I mean shit happens but it’s just funny how it always happens when mine happens and mine gets pushed aside because it’s all about hers. Just sayin’! Plus she makes it out like she has no one to talk to and then I find out she has been chattin’ it up with others. Whatever. I am done trying to be the perfect friend. No matter what I do – it’s never good enough. So why bother, really? I am not going to twist myself into knots, that’s for sure! Obviously I am not a good enough friend anymore so I am moving on. I have tried and if I can’t get the same respect that I give, then it’s time to move on. Friendship is a two way street not a one way!

I am hoping this weather won’t stay around as long as they say it will. I have made plans to pour Pillar Candles for the upcoming Autumn Season and can’t pour hot ass wax in hot ass temps!

Summer go away. I am done with you. Come on Autumn!

My son’s birthday is coming up in a few weeks. I like to plan as early in advance as I can, to be sure that everything turns out as well as I would like it to. Every year I give my son an option of the kind of party that he would like to have but this year he came to me first. He is turning six, so I guess he felt he was old enough to make the decisions on his own. Although I love coming up with the ideas, I thought it was cute that my little guy was showing his independence. This year my son said he would like to have a Super Mario Brothers party. He is such a big fan of the game, so I was not surprised. I usually use hughes net satellite internet that I found through hughesnet deals to get online to price birthday decorations. There are two sites that I use frequently and they are celebrateexpress.com and partycity.com. I go with the one who has the best promotions or prices for the items that I would need to purchase. I let my son browse online with me, so he can give me more of his ideas. It makes for a great time for the both of us, we both like planning for parties. When the day finally arrives, it is as perfect as expected.
